A note from the nurse: The CDC recently released new guidelines for COVID exclusion. The virus has weakened and is now being treated like the flu or any other respiratory illness. Students and staff can return to school after being fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication. It is no longer a requirement to be excluded from school for 5 days. Just wanted to inform you our basketball games scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, 1/25 in Sweet Home have been canceled.

Vysehrad has been monitoring the roads and weather carefully. School will proceed as scheduled. Buses will run, but may be delayed due to additional caution. Everyone be safe, watch for high water.

Monday, Jan. 15 is a school holiday. Tuesday Vysehrad ISD is planning to run a regular schedule, but will continue to monitor events. If needed: Notices for closure will be sent via our school notification system.

Attention Parents/Alumni/ Family/Friends of Vysehrad: Need a Yearbook from years past? Vysehrad has Yearbooks! Please contact the school to see if we have the particular year(s) you may be interested in. There is a $5.00 charge for each yearbook. Yearbooks begin with the 1985-1986 school year to present.

Remember: Every Friday our release time for students is 2:30pm. Please make necessary arrangements for student pick-up.
